Wellness through a yogic lens is all inclusive: mind, body, and spirit so whether you are looking for tools to add to your existing wellness practices or creating something new to support stress management, let’s chat.
Belle Shanti can help you with restorative yoga, custom yoga practices with movement and meditation, breathwork, and Ayurveda coaching.
These practices are wonderful on their own or excellent support to your existing mental health care and physical exercise routine.

Youth Athletics
Being an athlete is stressful! Many athletes at the collegiate and professional levels have coaches dedicated to supporting athletes’ mental and emotional health. In our local youth athletic programs, often the stress high but this type of support to help young athletes isn’t as readily available outside of the clinical setting.
Belle Shanti Yoga & Wellness offers customized regular yoga classes to support your athletes’ season through physical, mental, and nervous system regulation tools and practices. These are done in your studios or fields.

Public Safety Groups

Private workshops tailored to the high demands and stress of being in public safety and in first responder roles. These workshops create attainable practices that support healthy life-long habits using mindfulness, breath, and movement techniques. Each participant will leave the workshop with their own customizable wellness practice that can adapt as their busy lives do.
Private yoga classes - I come to you to create a safe and trauma informed approach yoga class for individuals or teams to support stress management, post-traumatic events, and reduction of hypervigilance. No private space available? We have options so let’s connect!
