7 Week Chakra Series
Join me for a seven (7) week series exploring and balancing the chakras using yoga asana (poses), breath, mudra, and meditation.
Chakras, pronounced CHA-kras (“ch” like in chair), are energy centers in the body connected to our organs, nervous system, immune system, and all the different physical, mental, and emotional bodies within us. Eastern and Western sciences recognize these areas to be connected to the respective systems within us.

Foundations of Yoga Workshop
There is SO much more to yoga than poses! We are often focuses on asanas (shapes), and this workshop focuses on three dimensions of yoga: Mindfulness, Breath, and Movement. Come explore a brief history of yoga, breath and meditation foundations and the anatomy of some of the more popular asanas.
